Directions for Use:

Adults: Take 1 tablet twice daily with food or as advised by your health professional.

 WARNINGS:

• Always read the label and follow the directions for use

• If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional

• Vitamin and/or mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet

• Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester

• This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded

• WARNING - Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. Contains Vitamin B6

• Contains phenylalanine

• If you are taking any medications or have any existing health conditions, always talk to your health professional before use

• Take at least two hours away from pharmaceutical medications
