Directions for Use

Adults and children over 12yrs: 1 capsule daily 5 days before and during travel.  For relief of diarhoea, take 2 capsules daily.  Children 6 monts - 12yrs; take 1/2-1 capsule daily before and during travel.  For relief of diarrhoea; take 1-2 capsules daily. Drink plenty of clean water.

Contraindications & Cautions
Always read the label & use only as directed. 

Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than 6 hours in infants under 6 months.  12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children afed 3-6 years and 48 hours in children over 6 years up.  Drink plenty of water
