Breastfeeding Support contains the herbs Blessed thistle and Fenugreek.
Blessed thistle and Fenugreek have traditionally been used for their galactagogue properties and may assist in stimulating the production of breast milk in nursing mothers, thus improving lactation.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
HERBAL EXTRACTS EQUIV. TO DRY
Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) seed 3g
Cnicus benedictus (Blessed thistle) herb 1g

Does not contain added egg, milk, peanut, soy, tree nut or animal products, yeast, gluten, lactose, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
Directions

Adults only - Take 1 tablet, twice daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
